ViraalCall is a random video chat application intended strictly for users 18 years of age and older. We are fully committed to maintaining a safe platform and have zero tolerance for any content that harms, exploits, or endangers minors in any way.
Age Restriction
ViraalCall requires all users to be 18 years of age or older. Age is verified during account registration and users found to be underage are removed from the platform immediately.
Zero Tolerance Policy
ViraalCall has a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits, endangers, or sexualises minors in any form. Any such content results in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.
In-App Reporting
Users can report any inappropriate content or behaviour directly within the app using the in-app report button. All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team and acted upon according to our community guidelines.
Blocking
Users can instantly block any other user using the in-app block feature. Blocked users cannot reconnect with or contact the user who blocked them through any feature of the app.
Compliance
ViraalCall complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in India and internationally. We report any detected CSAM to relevant national and regional authorities, including the National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required by law.
